Dejan Dragutinović is PhD student at TU Dortmund and RGS Econ. Previously he obtained BSc degree at the University of Belgrade and MSc degree at Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena. Dejan's main research interests lie in the fields of political economy of autocratic regimes, constitutional economics, and development.
